    Everyone! The eyelids are known to accumulate debris from a range of environmental and other factors and are difficult to clean using traditional methods.

  • How long will it take for me to notice an improvement when using the NuLIDS PRO?

    In most cases, you will notice a significant reduction or complete elimination of residue on and around the eyelashes after using the device for 2 minutes (1 minute per eye).

  • Does the device need to be disinfected between uses?

    The device should always be disinfected with an alcohol swab after each patient use. Ensure that excess liquid does not enter the device during disinfection.

  • Is NuLIDS PRO covered by insurance?

    It is typically a cash-pay service offered in-office, which provides additional revenue opportunities for practices.

  • Does the procedure hurt?

    NuLIDS Daily was designed by a corneal specialists with patient safety in mind and should not hurt. Should the patient indicate they are in pain, stop the procedure right away.

  • Does the device work with lash extensions?

    Yes! The oscillating motion of NuLIDS PRO helps prevent it from removing lash extensions. However, if a patient has not had a fill in multiple weeks, the device is likely to remove some lash extensions due to the lash adhesive wearing thin.

  • What is the warranty?

    We certify each NuLIDS Daily device to be free from any manufacturing defects for 2 years after purchase.
